MarshMan Vol.1

Marsh Man Vol. 1 is the debut pack from Marsh Man Music, featuring five original compositions produced by Hugo Sweet and performed with a group of New York-based session musicians from institutions like Juilliard and Manhattan School of Music.

Inspired by the worlds of Leon Thomas, SAULT, Khruangbin, psychedelic soul, R&B, and live-band production, this pack moves between warm grooves, textured arrangements, and sample-ready moments. Everything was built from original recordings, with live horns, guitar, bass, keys, vocals, and drums shaped into pieces that can be sampled, developed, or used as starting points for full records.

The recordings were tracked at the Beastie Boys’ legendary Oscilloscope studio through a vintage Neve 8078 console, using a selection of vintage microphones and outboard gear. The result is a pack with real players, real tone, and the color of a classic studio environment.

Each purchase includes the compositions, available stems, and a simple license file outlining usage and next steps for release.
